we'd like to talk to you. We’re NOT a traditional dealership!!

Sales Consultants work directly with our customers to help them make a vehicle purchase. Daily activities include explaining what makes Don Chalmers Ford unique, interviewing customers to determine needs and wants, presenting vehicles, taking test drives, and processing transaction paperwork. Like any commissioned associate, Sales Consultants determine their own income, which may vary from month to month.

Interested applicants should have a strong sense of customer service, be self-motivating, enjoy working inside and outdoors in all weather, and possess basic computer skills. They must be open to working nights and Saturdays on a regular basis. A valid driver's license is required. Ability to drive a manual transmission--or a willingness to learn--is also important.

We offer medical, dental and vision benefits. In addition we have a retirement savings plan.
