Service advisors work directly with our customers to help them make their experience a pleasant one. Daily activities include: interviewing customers to determine what vehicle maintenance and services are needed, coordinating the vehicle repair and resolving customer concerns.

Being a "people person" is not enough for this position. Applicants must also be able to handle themselves under pressure, maintaining a calm and friendly attitude even during the busiest times. Basic computer skills in a Windows environment, prioritizing skills, and a pleasant phone manner are critical for this position.
